At JGB Soluções Ambientais LTDA, privacy and security are priorities and we are committed to transparency in the treatment of personal data of our users/customers. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy sets forth how we collect, use and transfer customer and other personal information from those who access or use our website.
By using our services, you understand that we will collect and use your personal information in the ways described in this Policy, under the rules of Data Protection (LGPD, Federal Law 13.709/2018), of the consumerist provisions of Federal Law 8078/1990 and the other rules of the applicable Brazilian legal system.
Thus, JGB Soluções Ambientais LTDA., hereinafter referred to simply as "JGB", enrolled in the CNPJ under no. 10.590.258/0002-20, in the role of Data Controller, is bound by the provisions of this Privacy Policy. In order for the Privacy Policy to be properly understood, it is essential to clarify some important concepts:

- Personal data - any information relating to a person that identifies him or her or that, used in combination with other processed information, identifies an individual. Also, any information by means of which it is possible to identify a person or to contact him/her.
- Processing of personal data - the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction of data from individuals is considered the processing of personal data.
- Data subject - any natural person who has their personal data processed by JGB;
- Purpose - what we want to achieve with the processing of personal data.
- Necessity - the processing of personal data must be limited to the minimum necessary for the intended purpose. In other words, it must be relevant, proportionate and not excessive.
- Consent - clear and objective authorisation given by the data subject to process his personal data for a previously stipulated purpose. After giving consent, you can revoke it at any time. Revocation does not cancel the processing carried out previously.

1. What data do we collect about you and for what purpose?
Our website collects and uses certain personal data about you in order to provide our services and enhance your user experience.

1.1 Personal data provided by the customer

- JGB collects information such as: Name, E-mail, CPF/CNPJ, Telephone, Date of Birth to be present at your event or to send you a quotation for our products.
- To be included in our newsletter we collect your name and e-mail address for the purpose of receiving marketing content from our company.
- When you contact us we collect your name, e-mail and phone number to optimize your interaction with us.
- You have the possibility to send your curriculum where you can have information such as: Full name, e-mail, CPF, RG, Date of birth, gender, address, marital status and telephone.



2. How do we collect your data? In this regard, the collection of your personal data takes place as follows:
- Newsletter registration: the newsletter registration field is located at the bottom of the JGB website homepage. This field requests name and e-mail address information from the user who, by demonstrating interest in receiving company content in his or her e-mail, may register spontaneously. By registering for our newsletter, the user is authorizing JGB to send him or her marketing e-mails on a weekly basis and the user is free to unsubscribe by selecting the "opt-out" option in any e-mail he or she receives. The data collected will be kept strictly confidential and will only be provided to the company contracted for the purpose of sending the e-mails.
- JGB at your event: this form is available on the "JGB at your event" tab of the "JGB" section, located on the website's main menu. The purpose of this form is to collect information (such as name, e-mail, CNPJ/CPF, telephone number, date, type of event and information about the event) from companies interested in requesting JGB to participate in an event, such as training, SIPATs (Internal Occupational Accident Prevention Week), workshops, among others. The data collected in this form will only be used to contact the interested party and develop the possible partnership and will not be disclosed to third parties.
- Contact: this form can be found on the page with the same name, located on the main menu of the JGB website. The information requested is: name, e-mail, telephone number, message and CV, if this is the reason for the contact. The information will be received by JGB's marketing team and assigned to the responsible sector. As described in the contact message, the data collected will be used only internally, with the intention of dealing with the demand specified in the message field.
- Budget request: this form can be found through the main menu, by clicking on request budget, or in the products area (because, when the page of a specific product is accessed, there is an option to "Add to Budget"). This form will request the following information: name, e-mail, company, CNPJ/CPF, phone and message. The data collected in the form will be used by the responsible team to meet the demand. These data will not be provided to third parties.

2.1 Consent
It is based on your consent that we process your personal data. Consent is the free, informed and unambiguous expression by which you authorise JGB Soluções Ambientais LTDA. to process your data.
Thus, in line with the General Data Protection Act, your data will only be collected, processed and stored upon prior and express consent. Your consent will be obtained in a specific manner for each purpose described above, evidencing JGB's commitment to transparency and good faith towards its users/customers, following the relevant legislative regulations.
By using JGB's services and providing your personal data, you are aware of and consent to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, as well as knowing your rights and how to exercise them.
At any time and without charge, you may revoke your consent.
It is important to highlight that the revocation of consent for the treatment of data may imply the impossibility of the adequate performance of some functionality of the site that depends on the operation. Such consequences will be informed in advance.

3. What are your rights?
JGB ensures its users/customers their rights as a data subject provided for in Article 18 of the General Data Protection Law. Thus, you may, free of charge and at any time
- Confirm the existence of data processing, in a simplified manner or in a clear and complete format.
- Access your data, being able to request it in a legible copy in printed form or by electronic means, secure and suitable.
- Correct your data by requesting to edit, correct or update it.
- Limit your data when it is unnecessary, excessive or treated in violation of the law by anonymizing, blocking or erasing it.
- Request the portability of your data by means of a report on the registration data that JGB handles concerning you.
- Delete data processed with your consent, except in cases provided for by law.
- Withdraw your consent by unauthorizing the processing of your data.
- Inform themselves of the possibility of not giving their consent and the consequences of refusing to do so.

4. How can you exercise your rights as a cardholder?

In order to ensure that you are correctly identified as the holder of the personal data that is the subject of the request, we may request documents or other evidence to prove your identity. In this case, you will be informed in advance.

5. How and for how long will your data be stored?
Your personal data collected by JGB will be used and stored for as long as necessary for the provision of the service or for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy to be achieved, taking into account the rights of data subjects and controllers.
In general, your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship between you and JGB. Upon expiry of the storage period, personal data will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, except in the cases legally provided for in article 16 of the General Data Protection Act, namely
I - compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;
II - study by a research body, guaranteeing, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;
III - transfer to a third party, provided the data processing requirements set forth in this Law are complied with; or
IV - exclusive use by the controller, with no access by third parties, and provided that the data is anonymized.
That is, personal information about you that is indispensable for the fulfillment of legal, judicial and administrative determinations and/or for the exercise of the right of defense in judicial and administrative proceedings shall be kept, despite the exclusion of other data.
The storage of data collected by JGB reflects our commitment to the security and privacy of your data. We employ technical protection measures and solutions capable of guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and inviolability of your data. In addition, we have security measures in place that are appropriate to the risks involved and control access to the information stored.


6. What do we do to keep your data secure?
To keep your personal information secure, we use physical, electronic and managerial tools geared towards protecting your privacy.
We apply these tools taking into account the nature of the personal data collected, the context and purpose of the processing, and the risks that possible breaches would create to the rights and freedoms of the data subject of the data collected and processed.
Among the measures we have adopted, we highlight the following:

- Access to your personal data is only made after a confidentiality commitment;

There are cases in which your data may be shared, which are:
I - Legal determination, request, requisition or court order, with competent judicial, administrative or governmental authorities;
II - In the event of corporate movements, such as mergers, acquisitions and incorporations;
III - Protection of JGB rights in any type of conflict, including those of a judicial nature.

7.1 International data transfer Some of the third parties with whom we share your data may be located or have facilities located in foreign countries. In such circumstances, your personal data will in any event be subject to the General Data Protection Act and other Brazilian data protection legislation.
In this regard, JGB undertakes to always adopt efficient cyber security and data protection standards in its best efforts to ensure and comply with legislative requirements.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to such sharing, which shall take place in accordance with the purposes described herein.

In addition, we also undertake to seek technical and organisational conditions that are certainly suitable to protect the entire data processing process.
Should the Data Protection Authority require that steps be taken in relation to the data processing carried out by JGB, we undertake to follow them.

10.1 Disclaimer
As mentioned in Section 6, although we adopt high security standards in order to avoid incidents, no web site is entirely risk-free. Accordingly, JGB shall not be liable for:
I - Any consequences arising from users' negligence, imprudence or malpractice with regard to their individual data. We guarantee and accept sole responsibility for the security of the data processing processes and the fulfilment of the purposes described herein.
We emphasize that the responsibility regarding confidentiality of access data lies with the user.
II - Malicious actions by third parties, such as hacker attacks, unless culpable or deliberate conduct by JGB is proven.
We wish to point out that in the event of security incidents which may generate significant risk or damage to you or any of our users/customers, we shall notify those affected and the National Data Protection Authority of the occurrence and take the necessary measures.
III - Inaccuracy of the information entered by the user/customer in the records required for the use of JGB's services; any consequences arising from false information or information entered in bad faith are entirely the responsibility of the user/customer.

The Data Protection Officer is the officer chosen by JGB to act as a channel of communication between the controller, the data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
